Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between the artist Ushakova Oleksandra and her customers concluded via social networks (Instagram, TikTok), messengers, or email oleksaykraynka333@gmail.com.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of services does not constitute a binding offer.

The customer submits a binding offer through an inquiry or order.

The contract is only concluded once the artist expressly accepts this offer.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are in Euro.

Payment is made in advance.

The service is carried out only after full payment has been received.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.

Delivery times are agreed individually.

5. Transfer of Risk

For business customers, risk transfers upon handover to the shipping service provider.

For consumers, statutory provisions apply.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in the Right of Withdrawal Notice.

7. Custom-Made Works

There is no right of withdrawal for individually made works.

8. Digital Content

Digital products are provided after payment.

The customer agrees that performance begins before the withdrawal period expires and thereby loses their right of withdrawal.

9. Copyright

All works are protected by copyright.

No usage rights are transferred with the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Any use, reproduction, or commercial use without consent is prohibited.

10. Use for Advertising Purposes

The artist is entitled to use images of the works for her own advertising purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

11. Liability

Statutory liability provisions apply.

12. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
